Frequently Asked Questions
Every tailored item on our web store is made-to-order and produced on demand unless otherwise stated.This reduces any fabric wastage and inventory accumulation. Due to the nature of how we operate, we seek your patience and will require 14 - 21 days for your order to be manufactured, and will require additional shipping time based on your location for your order to reach you. You will be notified once the item has been shipped and on its way to you.
As all our items are produced on demand, we do not accept any returns for our products. In the case that the size does not fit well, we will accept requests for a size exchange, but will require the made-to-order lead time of 14 - 21 days before shipping out your item to you.
For defective items, or in the case where there is feedback on our items, please contact us at enquiry@3eighth.co. We will do our best to respond within 48 hours and provide the follow-up steps for any possible scenarios where special attention is required.
For made-to-order items, orders will usually be fulfilled within 14 days, and subsequently shipped out. For ready-stock items, they will be prepared and shipped out within 2 working days.

- Rest of the world (including Japan, UK and USA) - SGD 40
