Going "BETWEEN SELVES" - a Recap of Your Favourite Looks

Over the past few weeks, our studio filled up with familiar faces and unhurried moments - fittings, mirror-checks, and conversations unfolding naturally. The try-on sessions are less about getting it right immediately, and more about finding yourself through the pieces from our universe, allowing them to settle into your look and your wardrobe.

Seeing the clothes outside of a lookbook context reminds us why we design the way we do. Each time we watched you breathe new life into a look, it was often through the small, in-between decisions that felt most telling - rolling up the sleeves in different ways, and pairing relaxed items along with structured ones.

We also asked some of you what masculine and feminine dressing meant to you, and how those expressions shift across different days. We loved what you shared. These moments echoed the spirit of our work; not as opposites to be resolved, but as qualities that can coexist comfortably, without needing definition.

"I'd say 40% of my style does lean in towards more feminine styling actually. I love experimenting with colours, different silhouettes and adding on some accessories." - Zahir (above) in our Powder Blue Jinwa Knit Polo.

"I guess it'd be 40:60 for me - 40% being masculine because I usually don more fitted styles, but still prefer looser, comfort driven pieces. My favourite pieces were the Orime Trousers (from 2024) and the Grey Marl Henley Tank." - Yien, in our Blue Seersucker Futae Skirt here.

"It's quite varied for me, and I love trying on things that are a tad different, just with smaller unique touches that defines it little. So I'd say I'm not one to shy away from feminine styling too." - Ashton, in our Dusty Pink Jin Knit Tee
"I oscillate between masculine and feminine dressing alot - I guess it depends on what I'm feeling after I wake up haha. I usually am more comfortable in masculine leaning styles, but in recent years I've been experimenting with more femininzed silhouettes." - Sara, in our Navy Sokko Zip Tee and Black Tartan Ginrin Skirt.

We’re grateful for the time shared in the studio. These moments continue to shape how our collections evolve - quietly, through use, and through the people who bring them to life.
