For made-to-order items, orders will usually be fulfilled within 14 days, and subsequently shipped out. For ready-stock items, they will be prepared and shipped out within 2 working days.

Below are the delivery timelines for the various regions:

Local (Singapore) postage: 3 - 5 working days

• QExpress Courier Delivery - SGD 5

Free local postage for orders above SGD 150

International postage: 10 - 12 working days

• South East Asia, to Thailand, Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia - SGD 30
• Rest of the world (including Japan, UK and USA) - SGD 40

Free international postage for orders above SGD 400

As all our items are produced on demand, we do not accept any returns for our products. In the case that the size does not fit well, we will accept requests for a size exchange, but will require the made-to-order lead time of 14 - 21 days before shipping out your item to you.
