SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Any returns will be credited back as store credit for usage on our web store. Refunds will only be allowed due to a lack of size options, or if the item is defective.

For all items that required to be exchanged, we usually encourage clients to arrange for an in-studio appointment for you to try on and exchange the items to ensure the correct fit.

You may book in for an appointment here.

Exchange items may also be accepted via delivery to our studio. Do drop us an email at enquiry@3eighth.co with your order and postal tracking number, and preferred items for exchange so that we may facilitate the exchange.

Do note that all delivery costs for exchange are to be borne by the customer. Delivery of the exchange item out to your address thereafter will be borne by us.

Our studio is open strictly by appointment only, so please ensure you have a booking with us, or have dropped us a line and received confirmation before coming by. Thank you.

For made-to-order items, orders will usually be fulfilled within 14 days, and subsequently shipped out. For ready-stock items, they will be prepared and shipped out within 5 working days.

Below are the delivery timelines for the various regions:

Local (Singapore) postage: 3 - 5 working days

  • Singpost Courier Delivery - SGD 5

Free local postage for orders above SGD 250

International postage: 10 - 12 working days

  • South East Asia (Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam) - SGD 30
  • Rest of the world (including Japan, UK and USA) - SGD 50
